The GHJ-200 high shear mixer has been shipped to Viet Nam

After passing the factory test, the GHJ-200 High shear mixer that purchased by our Vietnamese customer has been packaged in one wooden case and shipped to Viet Nam. It will be used to mix pigment powder and liquid, and then the wet mixture will be used for granulating.

Following are features of our high shear mixer:

1) Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed of agitating impeller and chopper.
2) High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time without lumps or agglometations.
3) Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating process.

4) Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
5) Well bearing sealing: Shaft sealing is the combination of packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
6) Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.

7). The cylindrical mixing bowl and specially designed agitating impeller can guarantee no blind angle in mixing.
