Product Description

Description of 3D Mixer:

Multi-directional moving mixer is widely used for mixing dry powder and granule materials in pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, food, chemical, feed industry and so on.

The mixing barrel is supported by the driving and driven shafts which are crossed in space and also vertical to each other and are respectively connected by Y-type universal joints, so that the mixing barrel makes unique translational , turning ,rocking and rolling motions in a solid three dimensional space,thereby speeds up the flow and diffusion of the materials being mixed, while avoids the specific-gravity segregation of materials due to the action of centrifugal force in an ordinary mixer,and ensures the materials to reach an ideal mixing within a short time.

SYH series multi-directional moving mixer is a novel material mixer extensively used in pharmaceutical, nutriceutical, chemical, metallurgical, food, light and agricultural industries. This machine can carry out highly even mixing of powders or granules, so that the mixed materials can reach their best effectiveness.

3D mixer

Features of 3D mixer:

1. As a high efficiency Mixing Equipment, this machine is used for high homogeneity mixing of powdery and particle materials in areas such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research etc.
2. Materials has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each
component can be mixed under wide gap of wet proportion, mixing rate reaching above 99.9%.
3. Loading coefficient can be 80%(About 40% for normal ones), and drying time is short
4. With compact structure, and mixing speed is regulated by inverter. So it is very easy to operate.
5. All parts of barrel are arc transited and precisely polished, it meets the GMP requirement.
