Description of Double Cone Rotary Vacuum Dryer:

Double Cone Rotating Vacuum Dryer is a new drier that integrates mixing and drying in the one body and equips with condenser and vacuum pump. Therefore the vacuum drier is formed (If the solvent does not recover, the condenser may be not used). The drier is advanced in design, simple in inner structure, easy for cleaning, to discharge all raw material, convenient in operation, lowing the strength of labor and improving work environment. Meanwhile raw material is rotating accompanying with the rotating of container, raw materials can not be accumulated onto the wall of container, so it has high efficiency heat transfer and high speed drying which save energy. Raw materials are dried evenly and have good quality. It can widely apply to dry raw materials of pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, dyestuff industry and so on. The equipment is in conformity with the requirements of "GMP".

The double cone rotary Vacuum Dryer is suitable for drying and mixing powder or granule raw material of pharmaceutical industry, foodstuff industry and chemical industry and so on. Especially it is suitable for the following raw materials that have special requirements:
Thermal sensitive raw material that can not in high temperature;
Raw materials that are easy to be oxidized or to be dangerous;
Raw materials in which the solvent needs to recover and there is toxic gases;
Raw material that have the requirement of containing rather low content of residue volatilized materials;
Raw materials that need to mix evenly and fully.

Note: 1. The heating source in the flow chart is hot water. The heating source also can be steam or thermal oil.
2. If you do not need to recover the organic solvents, the condenser will be not needed.
