Description of Extruding Granulator:

XL series Rotary Extruding Granulator is widely used in pharmaceutical, food, seasonings, fertilizer, feed additives, chemical industry, solid beverage and other industries.

 It can make the mixed materials into required granules, and can also crush waste tablets and dry blocks and squeeze them into granules. Especially suitable for materials with high viscosity.

All parts of this machine that are in contact with materials are made of stainless steel, with beautiful appearance, reasonable structure, high granulation efficiency, beautiful granules, automatic discharge, avoiding damage to granules caused by manual granulation, and suitable for assembly line work.

Through mechanical transfer, the grinding blade and the pressing blade rotate in opposite directions.

The pressing blade is at a certain angle to press the material downward into the grinding blade.

The large-angle spiral blade on the grinding blade pushes the material to the wall of the sieve cylinder, and the material is pushed from the blade through the blade. The sieve is extruded into granules.
