Description of High Shear Mixer:
The powder material and the binder are thoroughly mixed into a wet soft material by a bottom mixing paddle in a cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by a side-mounted high-speed pulverizing paddle.
Vertical High Speed Mixer is designed for highly efficient mixture of powder materials and efficient high speed mixer devices developed to solve the food, pharmaceutical and other industries all kinds of powder mixed into the raw water wet material uneven process issues. Widely used in chicken and other spices, pharmaceuticals, chemical raw materials powder or granular material mixing.
Features of High shear mixer:
1) Strong and fast mixing: Strong and fast mixing can be achieved due to effective drive design and variable speed of agitating impeller and chopper.
2) High-degree of homogeneity: When material is added at the rate of 0.1%, the homogeneity can reach 98% in short time without lumps or agglometations.
3) Heating jacket: A heating jacket can be equipped as an option in the mixing tank shell for heating process.
4) Liquid spray nozzle: Spray nozzle can be equipped as an option to add liquid additives which can be evenly sprayed onto the mixture.
5) Well bearing sealing: Shaft sealing is the combination of packing sealing and air-tight sealing to make sure long life-span.
6) Automatic discharging valve: The combined discharge valve is pneumatic planer flap valve. The flap plate can perfectly match the mixing tank inner wall to make sure no dead corner.
7). The cylindrical mixing bowl and specially designed agitating impeller can guarantee no blind angle in mixing.
