Description of Oscillating Granulator:

YK series oscillating granulator is mainly consisted of drive motor, feeding hopper, rotor, sieve and discharging chute. Wet mixtures of powders or big granules/agglomerates are fed into the granulating chamber via feeding hopper. The oscillating motion of rotor presses the material through the sieve to get required size of granules. The finished granules is discharged into the barrel via the discharging chute.

The Swing Granulator is mainly used for manufacturing various specifications of granules in food, health care products, medicine, chemicals, samples and other industries, and is used for pressing various molded products after drying. The classic materials are:medicine granules, Banlangen granules, ginger tea granules, glutinous powder granules and so on.

1. The particle strength is not high, and it dissolves quickly when it is in contact with water;
