Description of Spray Dryer:
Spray dryer is suitable for solution, suspension, slurry, paste material, etc. Liquid material is atomized to small fog drops. And fog drops contact with hot air directly in the drying tower. Moisture content is evaporated instantly. So spray dryer features high efficiency, high mass transfer area, and short drying time, in general it is 5~30 seconds. Operating temperature can be adjusted according to actual situation, in general inlet air temperature is 150~500ºC. And its automation control degree is control, environment solution environment can be solved.
Liquid material is pumped into the top installed centrifugal disc atomizer by mono pump and atomized into fine droplets inside the drying chamber. Meanwhile, clean hot air is blown into the air distributor at the same time. The evenly and swirly distributed hot air completely contacts with droplets for heat transfer. The droplets are dried into powder in several seconds and sucked out into the cyclone for discharging via exhaust fan. LPG series spray dryer has been widely used in battery materials, pharmaceutical, health products, chemical, feedstuff, ceramics, plastic and foodstuff industry for drying liquid material into fine powder.
