Description of Fluid bed dryer:
Fluidized Bed Dryer is a lucid solution for a fluid turbulence in granulated or wet powder produce by means of hot air flowing in an upward direction and drying the product to a desired temperature.

Work principle of Fluid Bed Dryer:
Fluidized Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the
material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heat by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.
Features of fluid bed dryer:
1. Control system is PLC & HMI type, operation is convenient and stable. There is strict interlock function, so there will be no incorrect operation. There are temperature and pressure measure and display devices, inlet air temperature is controlled by PID control technology.
2. Application range is wide, it can dry different materials, and it can ensure the definite fluidized height so that the load of bag dust collector is reduced. The bag dust collector can remove dust continuously when the dryer is working. We can set dust remove time and interval time, so the dust removing efficiency and fluidized efficiency is good. The bag is static-free type, the static electricity appears during the drying process can be eliminated, so the material is not to stick on the bag. There is differential pressure display device for the bag, so we can clean or replace the bag in time.
3. Air volume of the granulating and drying system is controlled by exhaust fan, and the exhaust fan is controlled by inverter. So it is convenient to adjust the air volume for different materials.
4. The equipment is round sealed structure, there is no dead angle. So it is convenient to clean the machine and there is no cross contamination, and confirms GMP requirements.
5. The air distributing plate is special designed, air is well-distributed, material fluidized efficiency is good. Mesh plate is quick-install type, it is convenient to clean and maintain.
6. There is negative pressure feed device, labor intensity is reduced.
7. Adopts air cylinder type sealing and air bag sealing structure, seal is stable and operation is easy.
8. Filter includes primary, middle and high efficient filter. It can make sure the purification achieves 100000 degrees. And there is a meter that can show the pressure differential before and after the high efficient filter, so we can know the resistance in time.
9. The heat source is electricity, and the heater radiator is made of stainless steel. The heat exchange efficiency is high.
