Description of high efficiency Fluid bed dryer:

High efficiency Fluid Bed Dryer/ Fluidized Bed Dryer is used to drying powder, particles, granules, pellets, etc of food, chemical and pharmaceutical products such as Food powder or granule drying, chemical powder drying, medicine powder drying.

Used for fluidized bed drying of particle material with a size of 0.1-6mm, and suitable for speedy drying of finished product, intermediate (semi finished product) in such trades as pharmaceutical, food, light industry and chemical etc.

Work principle of high efficiency fluid bed dryer:

After being heated and filtered, clean hot air is introduced into the air distributor at the bottom of the dryer and flow through a perforated drying bowl on which wet materials are loaded. Under the effect of strong air stream and rotating agitator, wet materials are perfectly fluidized. Moisture evaporates very fast because of thorough contact and heat transfer between hot air and wet material. At the top of the dryer, bag filter is installed to separate fine particles from the exhausted damp air.

Features of high efficiency fluid bed dryer:

Hopper is sealed with frame by way of O type air sealing ring, featuring convenient handling. Hopper is equipped with agitator inside, material is dried uniformly and speedily without boiling dead angle.
Filter bag and cylinder automatic bag shake unit are supplied on the top to avoid material loss.
With air purifying cabinet, it uses outdoor air has no influence on air purifying load of purified workshop.
High drying speed, drying time can be freely set up according to features of materials, normally at 20-40min.
