Bole high shear mixer granulator's chopper has two modes of speeds: two speeds or variable speed. Main shaft and chopper shaft are designed with one-way flow air seal, flow rate, the pressure of air seal can be measured & controlled to prevent and detect powder or water from entering inside.
Bole high shear Wet Mixer Granulator auto controls stop position of the impeller, auto elevates the main shaft by pneumatic for the visible check without dismantling.
The all-important tool in the wet granulation is the bottom driven Z-Rotor. The unique geometry of the Z-Rotor ensures maximum efficiency while minimizing the power required. Cutting edge measuring and manufacturing processes ensure that the gap between the rotor/stator and the bottom of the working bowl is kept to a minimum while maximizing product yield.
