Description of Tray Dryer

Drying Oven is a common type Drying Machine. Its application scope is wide, temperature is uniform, heat efficiency is high and operation is easy. It is suitable for heating, curing, drying and dehydration of materials and products in chemical, food, agricultural and sideline products, aquatic products, light industry, heavy industry and other industries. Such as API, traditional herbal, extract, powder, granule, drinking agent, packaging bottle, pigment, dye, vegetables, fruits and melons, sausage, plastic resin, electrical components, baking paint, etc.

In drying process, fresh cold air is sucked into the drying chamber by the circulation fan and flows through the steam radiator or electrical heating tubes installed at the top to get required temperature. With the help of air distributor, the hot air evenly flows through each layer of trays for heat transfer and carries way the evaporated moisture. Most of the damp air flows back to the circulation fan for next drying circulation while part of the damp air is exhausted for energy saving. The drying process is batch type. When the drying is finished, open the chamber door and pull out the trolleys for unload the dried product.

Features of tray dryer

1. Material of equipment: Both inner wall and outer wall are made of SUS304 stainless steel.

2. Main chamber: It is frame structure. The surface of the chamber is near, smooth and color is same. Its appearance is beautiful, and there is no obvious uneven phenomenon.

3. Transitional: The inner chamber is transitional, the when working there is no air blowby. And the machine is easy to clean, and heat insulation layer has no water creep phenomenon. The track of trolley is protuberant type and there are footboards for the trolley.

4. Inlet air part has high efficient filter to make sure the air in drying chamber is clean. And outlet air part has middle efficient filter. There is dehumidifying fan, it can make sure there is no return air at outlet air port, and it can achieve compulsive dehumidifying.

5. Heating system is electrical heater. Its material is stainless steel tube. Its heat exchange efficiency is good. It is at the windward side of trolley. The fan is low-noise and heat-resisting type axial fan. At the two sides in drying chamber, there are adjustable air distributing devices. So the air flow and air speed is even, and drying efficiency is fast and even.

6. Upright post of trolley is made of stainless steel square tube, cross beam is made of stainless steel angle steel. There are welded by argon-arc welding. The wheels of heat-resisting are nylon wheels. There are two directional wheels and two turning wheels for each trolley. The structure of trolley is reasonable and beautiful.

7. The drying tray is made of stainless steel SUS304 or SUS316L, size is 640mm×460mm×45mm

8. The seal gasket between door and chamber is heat-resisting and nontoxic silicon rubber. Its sealing performance is good. And heat insulation material is super-fine glass wool, heat insulation efficiency is good.

9. The control system is button type. The control system can control automatically very well.
