Static vacuum Tray Dryer is to put raw materials under the state of vacuum for heating and drying.

high temperature in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and electronic industries.
Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of the solution materials will decrease and evaporation efficiency will be higher.
It will increase the strength of heat and mass exchange.

Features of vacuum tray dryer

(1) The boiling point of raw materials will decrease under the condition of vacuum, and make the heat pushing force of evaporator
become greater. Therefore It can save the conducting area of the evaporator for a certain amount of heat radiation.
(2) The heating source for evaporation may be low pressure steam or surplus heat steam (customer may choose water or oil to
heat for special requirement).
(3) Heat loss of evaporator is reduced.
(4) Suitable for drying heat sensitive materials that are easy to dissolve, agglomerate or polymerize or denature.
(5) Treatment of disinfection can be carried out before drying. Then there will be no impurities will be mixed inside the dryer during
the period of drying.
(6) It is a static dryer. No damage to the shape or structure of raw materials.
