Description of Vacuum Tray Dryer

Vacuum drying is that materials are heated and dried under vacuum. It uses vacuum pump to pump air and humidity out to make the studio in vacuum, thus accelerating the drying speed as well as saving energy.
Note: a condenser can be used to recover solvent in the materials. But if the solvent is water, there is no need to use condenser so as to save energy investment.

high temperature in pharmaceutical, chemical, food and electronic industries.
The boiling point of the material solution under vacuum is reduced. Increase the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator. Therefore, the heat transfer area of the evaporator can be saved for a certain amount of heat transfer.
The heat source for the evaporation operation may use low pressure steam or waste heat steam.
The evaporator has less heat loss.
It can be disinfected before drying. There is no impurity in the drying process, which meets GMP requirements.
